A dramatic lavish front terrace with precast concrete balustrades railings create a dramatic luxury presence as you approach this house. Enter into this magnificent ranch style home with a one and half story canopy that frames the front entrance of this beautiful house. You enter this luxury dream home into a 14 feet high foyer which has a spectacular tray ceiling above you. As you walk in you see the spectacular rear wall of windows beyond in the family room. To the left of the foyer is a formal open living room. To the right of the foyer is a dramatic spacious open dining room (14 feet wide by 17 feet deep) that is framed with arched cased openings that are supported by round columns. These columns can be finished in cast stone or wood trim, painted.

The side wall of the family room is accented by a two story fireplace flanked by an entertainment center on either side that provides the warmth for the family room gathering. The spacious family room of the JADE Plan is open to the breakfast room and kitchen and it is central and the focal point in this house and is a great place for entertaining friends and family. The family room is embellished with large open windows that connect to the back of the house where you can see the spectacular views of a lake or a pool. The open contemporary kitchen has an island counter with a range and this raised counter bar allows for sitting at the island counter for informal family eating activities. The kitchen is spacious measuring 14 feet wide by 16 feet deep. The breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen and family room has lots of windows that bring in natural light.

The master bedroom suite of the JADE Plan is a separate private wing to the right of the house. A private intimate and very spacious sitting area is located at the rear of the masterbedroom. A bay window accents the rear of the master bedroom with a wall full of windows opening dramatic views at the rear of the house. The master bathroom of the JADE Plan is very lavish and open and has a central tub that is placed adjacent to a large glass enclosed shower. The vanity are spacious for his and hers!

There are total of 4 bedrooms on the left side of the JADE house plan. A spacious guest bedroom (with a jack & jill private bathroom) that can be used as an in-law suite that is very suitable for the grand parents, in-laws or relatives. Each bedroom has its own shared bathrooms and spacious closets. A teen study or a game area provides a central gathering area in the bedroom suite of this luxury ranch plan.

The JADE Plan’s front elevation is an European style design with the use of brick with stucco accents as its exterior wall finish materials. Like in most of our new plans, we have added an I-pod, I-pad and I-phone charging station/rack for the whole family in the desk area of the kitchen. A finished basement plan is available that consists of a theater room, recreation area, game lounge, exercise room, guest bedroom, office, bathrooms, outdoor lanai area and patio.
