Before you make the big decision of choosing that 'ONE" house plan that you will have to build, invest a great sum of money in to live in, you want to make sure that you have all your living requirements are already provided for in the final floor plan you choose to build. We understand this is a BIG decision, so we have the perfect solution for you!

Are you looking at choosing several plans or just want one plan to study further, obtain a preliminary construction budget-price and or make modifications to? We have the perfect solutions for you.

Our Planning Sets, (which are very affordable), enable you to study the plans in a little more details. We provide a preliminary plan of the first floor and second floor plan with room sizes and overall dimensions, a front and rear elevation (with ceiling heights and the materials types). Our planning set is a JPEG or TIFF file that we will email to you when you request it. See sample to the right here. (These plans are copyrighted  by Boye Architecture under US Copyright laws. Once you purchase these planning set,  you agree not to have another Architect copy our plans or use them without our permission or without you paying for construction drawings if you intend to use the plan you ordered in the planning sets).
