Crawl space plan, finished basement plans, interior design/details, material list, site plan, and standard builder specifications can be ordered for an additional cost. SQUARE FOOTAGE: Calculations are made from the outside face exterior wall construction and include all walls. Window and room projections are included only when the floor joists are extended under that area. When figuring two story and story and a half construction, we have included the stair once. Areas not included are decks, orches, fireplaxces, garages, carports, attics, space labeled “optional” or “bonus”, and projections where the floor joists are not extended below. UNLIMITED PLAN RE-USE: For spec builders, large regional and national builders, plan publishing companies, national plan magazines, we also offer un-limited plan re-use license that allows you to use construction drawings on more than one site, revise drawings yourself for multiple lots and buy CAD disk. See each plan prices for each plan for unlimited re-use/CAD fees. Boye Akinola/Boye Architecture does not provide Architects/Engineers stamp on these construction drawings. Consult with local building officials as to required details and certifications for local code compliance requirements. Construction from these plans should not be undertaken without the assistance of a licensed builder or an experienced construction professional. Upon purchase of any of our plans in this collection, the purchaser and builder of this plan release and indemnify Boye Akinola, AIA, Architect and Boye Architecture, its officers, owners, investors and employees from amy claimsor lawsuits that may rise during the construction of this structure or any time thereafter.
