This PRELIMINARY HOME COST ESTIMATE SERVICES to build your house allows our clients to determine that their preliminary design plans meets their budget. The price ranges will be an estimate of the cost to build your preliminary designed home plan, budget costs fro yoru lot development and finished basement and will not include the cost for your lot. These estimates are based on $175/sf to $200/sf for homes over 3,000 sf. Also, we used over $250/sf to $300/sf for the budget for modern homes. These costs are based on national price averages we researched for late 2024.
